To become a client by phone, call our Reception desk from 8:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or until 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

- Be prepared for the first meeting. Answer these questions:
What symptoms and behaviors concern you?
What outcomes will let you know you have made progress in therapy?
What recent events in your life have been difficult to handle?
- Bring along the names, addresses, and phone numbers of any of these people who may be involved with your care:
your primary doctor
your psychiatrist if you have one
any past therapist(s) or psychiatrists(s)
ALL medications you take for any reason names and dosages,
including vitamins, bhrbals, and supplements
your lawyer if you are involved in any legal proceedings
your case manager if you have one
- Any documents which might be relevant and helpful, such as:
insurance card
previous psychological assessments
medical evaluations
relevant court orders
records from any psychiatric hospitalizations and past psychotherapy
