MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

The Outpatient Service at Shorehaven provides these comprehensive services:

1. Psychotherapy for All Age Groups

Therapy is about change in the individual, in beliefs, thinking, emotional reactions, and behavior.

2. Family Therapy

3. Marriage and Couples Therapy

Shorehaven has a group for adult women who were sexually abused as children.

5. Psychiatry

Psychiatrists provide medication which help change symptoms.

Current medications are helpful with improving mood, stabilizing mood, controlling anxiety, reducing thought disorders, improving concentration, and many other symptoms.

6. Psychological Assessment and Testing

Psychologists do in-depth assessment of personality in order to make recommendations for change.

7. Employee Assistance

EAP counselors help with workplace problems and short-term crisis situations.

Insurance
